By assessing the Weight of the Evidence, we can develop a non biased thesis on the markets and transact accordingly based on the current facts in hand. Each week we ask whether current price action aligns with this thesis. When the answer is yes, we continue along our current path. When the answer is no, we must question the validity of the thesis and make alternate arrangements to the plan. This systematic approach provides excellent risk management whereby enabling us to distinguish between volatility to ignore vs volatility to respect.
